Before we begin, you’ll complete a pre-work questionnaire. In our kick-off session we’ll roll up our sleeves and get stuck in. We’ll clarify your vision, identify the version of yourself you’re stepping into, map your gifts and values, and begin shaping your strategy.

5 x 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions

Held bi-weekly over three months. Sessions flex based on what is needed — coaching, strategy, neuroscience informed mindset work, or tactical problem-solving. You’ll receive written summaries with key insights after each session.
